整个测评下来，严选君对嘉盛这个平台的评价是：嘉盛在资金安全方面还挺靠谱，但在点差、服务器延迟等方面做得的确不怎么样。
在交易环境方面，嘉盛在点差和服务器延迟方面没有什么优势，账户的选择也比较少。点差要大于严选君之前测评的几家平台，特别是黄金的点差。嘉盛佣金方面还有些优势，特别是对于只做外汇或者现货贵金属的交易者来说，佣金为零。出金方面，虽没什么大问题，但对于资金量较大的交易者来说，出金的限额会让人比较难受。
嘉盛作为老牌经纪商，没闹过什么大危机，但小问题不少。对更看重资金安全，不是很在意点差等问题的交易者来说，嘉盛是个合格的平台；如果是想要更低的点差、更快的交易速度等，嘉盛或许并不是很合适。
