JetBlue to require all customers to wear face coverings during travel

NEW YORK (WBTW) — JetBlue will require all customers to wear face coverings during travel starting on May 4, according to a release from the airline.

JetBlue made the announcement 只有经纪人能挣钱吗 Tuesday, saying “the policy comes after the airline began requiring all crewmembers to wear face coverings while working.”

“JetBlue has modeled its policy on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines that indicate all individuals should wear a face covering in public to help slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19),” the airline also 只有经纪人能挣钱吗 says. “This new policy will require customers to wear a face covering over their nose and mouth throughout their journey, including during check-in, boarding, while in flight 只有经纪人能挣钱吗 and deplaning. Customers will be reminded of this requirement before their flight via email and at the airport by both terminal signage and announcements. Small children who are not able to maintain a face covering are exempt from this requirement.”

“CDC guidance defines a suitable face covering as an item of cloth that should fit snugly against the side of the face, be secured with ties or ear loops, include multiple layers of fabric and allow for unrestricted breathing,” the airline further says. “The CDC recommends surgical masks and N-95 respirators be reserved for healthcare workers and other medical first responders.”

“Wearing a face covering isn’t about protecting yourself it’s about protecting those around you,” said Joanna Geraghty, president and chief operating officer for JetBlue. “This is the new flying etiquette. Onboard, cabin air is well circulated and cleaned through filters every few minutes but this is a shared space where we have to be considerate of others. We are also asking our customers to follow these CDC guidelines in the airport as well.”

我抱着学习的目的决定投诉,打一场房地产协会内部的仲裁官司,不仅仅为了失去的佣金,也为了正义和好奇心,因为我早听说美国是一个什么都可以用法律来主持公道的国家。我准备了很多材料和证据,在卖方经纪人的配合下和公司老板的指导下胜诉了,历时两个多月。仲裁判决要那个外地经纪公司的 Broker 在一定时间内退还一半的佣金给我们公司,我也从中得到了我该得的报酬。其实这些钱是由买主退回来的,因为那个外地经纪人是买主的好朋友,因为不是他找到的房子,就答应事成之后返回一半的佣金给买主,本想坐收渔利,结果不仅没得到好处,还被公司处罚,差点失去了经纪执照。

近几年我常常接到中国人在美国打来的电话,说他们此时在某某城市,问我能否马上带他们看看房。这就是一点不了解美国行情的表现。这里我想解释一下在美国经纪人是如何带人看房的。首先美国的各个州,各个区域都有一个当地房源的 MLS 系统 (Multiple Listing Service),它是一个功能强大、权威性很高的房地产综合信息平台。目前整个南加州的所有城市共享一个 MLS 系统,经纪人只要是缴了会员费的都可以使用,而且当我们拿到卖房合同后,必须在三天之内把详细的房屋信息输入 MLS 系统里,然后把房门钥匙放在一个电子钥匙盒里并挂在门外。

当买方经纪人带客人看房时,根据 MLS 上每栋房子的具体要求,用一个指定密码的电子钥匙,就可以打开钥匙盒取出钥匙。而且在打开钥匙盒的一瞬间,卖方经纪人就会收到一封电子邮件,得知是谁在什么时间来看过房。当然还有一些具体的细节和我们要严格遵守的规章制度,由于市场上多数都是二手房,卖主还住在屋里,就是能拿到钥匙也一定要事先预约,决不可以轻易开门。
